From geology to astronomy, from dinosaurs to robots, Science @ Your Site inspires exploration, encourages discovery and engages curiosities with one-of-a-kind programs.

Whether we present a single program or spend a full day, Science @ Your Site has a variety of visit packages for all budgets. Some programs as low are as $1 per student and costs are all-inclusive.

Assembly Programs
Available to groups of up to 250 students, Science @ Your Site assembly programs are each 45 minutes long. The material included in each program supports National Science Standards. Boom! (Grades K-8)
Why do things explode? We’ll explore the interactions of pressure, temperature and states of matter to explain why things pop, bang or blow up.
Earth Plays Rough (Grades K-8)
Witness the drama of natural disasters in this crash course on the moving and shaking of our planet, from severe weather to earthquakes and volcanoes.
How’d They Do That? (Grades K-8)
Entertainment often works through scientific deception, so why not go behind the scenes and see what’s really going on? From pyrotechnics to optical tricks, this is a truly thrilling way to learn about science.
Simply Electrifying (Grades K-8)
Explore the exciting world of electricity! Experience hair-raising fun with a Van de Graaff generator, watch as your students become electrons and atoms, and see what happens when electricity meets pickle!
Sounds Good! (Grades 6-12)
Experience sound sensations with your ears and your eyes! Students can play their instruments to investigate vibration and use computer technology to see the science of sound!
Classroom Programs
Bring your class together for a more intimate, hands-on exploration of the subjects you are covering in your curriculum. Classroom demonstrations are for groups of 30 or less. Push, Pull, Roll (Preschool-Grade 1)
Simple machines are all around you, even in a playground! Find out where else you can find them and jump right in to discover if they really do make work easier. (30 minutes)
What’s Inside You? (Preschool-Grade 1)
We all may look different on the outside, but we’re all pretty much the same on the inside. See, touch and learn about the wonders of the human body. (30 minutes)
Discovering Dinosaurs (Grades PreK-1, 2-4)
What do you know about dinosaurs? Put your knowledge to work as you identify different dinos, make your own fossil, and dig up your very own fossil find! (30 minutes PreK-1, 45 minutes 2-4)
Enter the Universe (Grades PreK-1, 2-12)
See the wonders of our galaxy from the comfort of your school! Students will explore the reaches of space in our portable planetarium. See constellations and stars while listening to the stories of stellar mythology. (30 minutes PreK-1, 45 minutes 2-12)
From Rocks to Gemstones (Grades 2-4)
What makes a rock a rock? Where do minerals come from? See crystals grow before your eyes, try your hand at identifying rocks, and find out about the rock cycle. (45 minutes)
Robot Reality (Grades 5-8)
From factory floor to TV shows to the local toy store, robots are everywhere you look. Simple and hi-tech alike, we’ll interact with real robots to see what they do and how they do it. (45 minutes)
